Comment: Masonic symbol ------- Reg,PA Vol., Josephus Josiah 
Franklin Cline is listed in several family trees as the s/o 
Barnabas Cline and Nancy Elizabeth Ulam,who lived in 
Armstrong County PA,His date of birth is usually listed as 
January 16,1836 somewhere in PA,but all list his death as 
March 23,1867 in Freeport,Bates has him included as a Second 
Lieutenant in the 212th Regiment,the 6th Heavy Artillery,The 
only census record with him positively identified is the 
1860 census of Apollo,where he and wife Sarah were living 
with their 4 month old daughter Mary,He states his 
occupation as a sailor,
